School and Bookstore Purchase Information

Textbooks

Educational Institutions and Bookstores can purchase textbooks directly from Holt Software at 20% off the retail price.

The attached order form may be faxed or mailed to Holt Software with payment or credit card information. Purchase orders will also be accepted, please indicate title and ISBN.

Prices shown on the order form have already been discounted by 20%.

Prices include shipping via UPS ground where available or surface mail. If you require express shipping, please contact Cathy Kozuch at cathy@hsa.on.ca or (416) 978-6476 for extra charge calculations. In most cases orders are filled and shipped on the day that they are received.

Textbook Returns Policy

• Mail or Fax "Return Requests" to Cathy Kozuch at Holt Software.
• Only Unused textbooks ordered in the past year will be accepted for credit.
• There is a 10% handling fee on all returns.
• We will issue a credit upon receipt of the textbooks.
• For returns from outside Canada:
  • Because the books will be crossing the border, please ensure that the Customs documentation clearly states that the books are "CANADIAN GOODS BEING RETURNED".
  • If you are sending by the Postal Service please indicate on the PS form 2976-A under list of contents: Educational Textbooks - Canadian Goods Being Returned.
  • If you are sending via courier the country of origin (manufacture) of goods is CANADA.
  • Please ensure that the above information is on the outside of the package for the customs officers.
  • Any brokerage charges paid by Holt Software for the return of the textbooks will be deducted from the credit.
