The 1999 Graphics Contest Winner's Diskette is available for download. This file is 2.9 Mb in size and consists of a single ZIP file that can be extracted using any number of freely available extractors. The archive contains the WINNERS.TXT file and the installation files. Please note that the file will not currently fit on a single floppy diskette, so you will probably want to download this file directly to your hard drive.

The archive contains one directory CNTST-99 which in turn contains the WINNERS.TXT file and a directory for each of the five winners. Each of the Winners programs have been compiled so that ownership of Turing or OOT is not required.

Note that some of these programs use SVGA graphics modes and thus cannot be safely run under Windows NT. See the WINNERS.TXT file to see which programs run under Turing or DOS OOT.
